I have been remiss in submitting this. This summer, my son and I left TX for a 2500 mile trip. I still had enough tread left to complete and then some, or so I thought. As we dashed around SD, WY, MT, ID and such, we had ridden 4200 miles with 800 more to go. I realized that my tires were square, and looking bald. I frantically searched for a place to get new tires on my 1200 GS. Showed up here at 7:45am and the service group could not have been more accommodating with their knowledge and desire to get both of us in new tires, in a timely fashion, so we could get on the road. Besides the beauty of your state, this dealership is almost worth moving to Missoula.

Was riding the Idaho BDR recently and had the rear brake fail on my 1290 Super Adventure. This happened with 3 days still left on the trip and a tight schedule to maintain. Dealt with Buster McDonald who was willing to tackle the issue if I could get the bike in by 3 PM. He put an excellent technician on the project and had it diagnosed and fixed by 4:30. Back ion the road and salvaged my adventure!

I want to thank you for my recent tire purchase and installation.
This was truly a trip saver. I had not checked my tires prior to leaving on a two week trip.
You had the tires, at a good price, and installed them and had us back on the road in less than three hours .
Thank you so very muchJohn Coyle, Arvada, CO -
Was on a rental bike which did not have enough tire tread for my 17 day trip. Called Nate at Big Sky Motorsports, and he said "Yep, I have lots of tires, just come in". I checked with rental company, and they agreed. Called Nate back and said "I'll be there tomorrow morning when you open" He said "It's a Saturday, so it's first come, first served, but we'll get you in and out as quickly as possible". Showed up next morning at 9:05. Asked for Nate, guy at service desk says "Nate's not in yet - are you the rental guy? I'm Buster. I have your tires right here - let's go look at your bike". Fast forward 2 hours later, Buster tells me "Bike is all ready, we called the rental company who paid for it all, you're ready to go". It just doesn't get any better than that. THANKS FOLKS!!

After several failed attempts to fix some electrical problems (loss of power) on my 2008 BMW R1200GSA at my local BMW shop in Boise Idaho (Dennis Dillon RV center) I rode my motorcycle to Missoula, Montana based on my friends telling me that Andy was a top notch BMW mechanic. Andy fixed the problem as opposed to my local shop who couldn't. Buster also gave me some great customer service that my local dealer no longer provides. I will now be taking my motorcycle to Big Sky Motorsports for all my service and upkeep needs.

Nate and his team at Big Sky Motorsports are awesome! Their BMW Master Tech, Andy, worked with me to get the software updates and recalls completed on my 'new to me' 2001 F650GS Dakar. The bike now runs better than ever! I highly recommend Big Sky's service department, and will not hesitate to bring all my bikes there. They are well worth the 7 hour ride (rt) from Sandpoint through some of the best riding in the inland northwest!

I purchased a used BMW motorcycle from them several years ago and had some issues with the title paperwork. The title was sent to Harris County, Houston, TX and it got lost. I tried several times to straighten this out with the DMV but was unsuccessful. Big Sky Motorsports stepped up and got it done, thank you for all of your help. This is truly service after the sale and without their help I would not have the title for my motorcycle.
